Our service is charged on a monthly basis. Some operators find that it costs less than the maintenance on their current platform. And it provides advanced features that maximise overall customer attach time, minimise signalling and ensure voice and data users are treated correctly.
The system is simple to implement and very easy to operate. First we fit our “network interface function” or “NIF” to your network. This communicates via secure IP back to our hosted server.
Once fitted, the NIF gives you access to a wide range of applications in addition to steering. This includes other roaming applications such as dialled number correction, welcome SMS messaging and optimal routing for voicemail access. It also offers access to other applications such as SMS fraud management, vPBX and VPN.
You also get full control of the steering system through your own real time console. This allows you to dynamically change targets and to check on the functioning of the system at all times.
